Information Collection and Use

KALA Health Australia is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. KALA Health Australia collects information from our users at several different points on our website.


We request information from the user on our Secure Ordering Form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name, shipping address, Phone number) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Information Storage

We use our own staff to ship orders, and process credit card information to bill our customers. For added security we do not retain credit card information in our computer files, nor do we share or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Correction/Updating Personal Information

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your address or phone number), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by emailing our Customer Support, or by calling (800) 998-8813.


Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. Guarantee Policy

KALA Health Australia guarantees the satisfaction of its products to all its customers. If a customer is not completely satisfied with a product that has been purchased directly from KALA Health Australia within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, they can return the unused portion of the product, postage prepaid, to KALA Health Australia for a full product refund (less shipping charges). A 100% refund will be granted if the product is returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. KALA Health Australia will not accept for return more than one of any particular product that has been opened. All authorized returns to the corporate office will receive refunds in approximately four (4) to six (6) days from acceptance of the merchandise by KALA Health Australia. 


When large economy sizes of the same product are offered to give customers the option of savings by ordering a larger quantity. we encourage you to first try our smaller bottle size. Whenever more than one size of the same product is offered, we cannot accept returns on larger product sizes.  For example, Arthrix for Dogs and Cats is offered in small (60-tablets) and large (360 tablets) sizes.  Our return policy does not cover the large (360 tablet) bottles. Similarly, our 1000 MSM capsules (available also in 250 capsule size); and our Dermatrix 180-tablet bottles (also available in 45 tablet bottles), are nonrefundable.
